Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a request to rezone approximately 0.1.563 acres from Low Density Residential District to General Commercial District. The applicant has also submitted a Final Planned Development application (File #16PD045) to allow a carwash in association with a convenience store with gas sales. The site plans submitted with the Planned Development shows the entire project site is comprised of a total of nine lots and the vacated School Drive right-of-way. However, the northern half of the vacated School Drive and the seven lots located north of the vacated right-of-way are still zoned Low Density Residential District.
