The applicant has also submitted two additional requests to rezone adjacent properties from General Commercial District (File #16RZ028) and High Density Residential District (File #16RZ027) to Public District, respectively. Following review of this request, the applicant determined that transfer of ownership would not occur until after the August 4, 2016 Planning Commission meeting and, as such, has requested that this item be continued to the August 25, 2016 Planning Commission meeting. Update: All necessary signatures have been obtained for this application and it is free to move forward.
