The applicant has submitted a Rezoning request to change the zoning designation from General Agriculture District to Office Commercial District on a 1.35 acre portion of Lot 3, Block 3 Marlin Drive Commercial Park. The balance of Lot 3 is currently zoned General Commercial District. Rezoning the west half of the property as proposed will create one zoning designation for the entire lot. This application is a companion item to four additional Rezoning requests within this area to create a mix of commercial, employment and light industrial uses. Currently, the property is void of any structural development.
