Agenda Item Summary:
In February of 2016, City Council approved a request to rezone approximately 2.41 acres from Neighborhood Commercial District to Office Commercial District. The legal description utilized at that time included both platted lots as well as a metes and bounds description. The metes and bounds description was mistakenly omitted from the published legal description and this portion of property, comprised of approximately 0.044 acres, or 1,935 square feet, was never rezoned. As such, staff has submitted this rezone application to complete the previously submitted rezone request.
