SD-DOT is reconstructing the interchange on I-190. Part of the construction will relocate some roadways at and near the interchange. The City presented an application to change the name of portion of N 11th St and W Blvd N to Nickel Street. The goal would be to eliminate “W Blvd N” on the west side of I-190
