The applicant has submitted a request to construct a total of 10 individual warehouse structures on separate lots zoned General Commercial District. The applicant has submitted an associated request for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan (File #16PL098) to create 10 commercial lots to be serviced with a private road. Each individual warehouse will be located on its own property and may be under separate ownership. The applicant is requesting an Exception to allow an alternative landscaping design as a part of this request. All parking, setbacks, lot coverage, building height, signage, and lighting requirements will be met as a part of a Final Planned Development.
