The applicant has submitted a Final Planned Development Overlay to allow truck sales and repair on a parcel of land zoned General Commercial District. “Eddie’s Truck Center” is a new and used truck and trailer dealership providing parts sales and a service repair shop. The proposed facility will be 39,151 square feet in size. The applicant is requesting the following Exceptions: An Exception to allow a maximum sign height of 60 feet in lieu of 45 feet, an Exception to reduce the minimum required parking from 228 to 188 parking spaces, and an Exception to waive the parking island requirement.
