The applicant has submitted a Final Planned Development Overlay to allow construction of townhomes and single family residences to be located on the proposed Oxford Court located in the new Buffalo Crossing subdivision. The proposed development will be comprised of a total of four single family residences and 4 townhomes, totaling 12 residential dwelling units. As a part of this development, the applicant has requested Exceptions to the minimum required lot size for one townhome lot, and to the front yard setback for all lots within the proposed development.
