The applicant has submitted a Final Planned Development Overlay to allow construction of a 6,627 square foot restaurant and a 500 square foot outdoor seating area, to be known as Mackenzie River Pizza Company, to be located on approximately 1.05 acres of property located in the Rushmore Crossing commercial development. As a part of this request, the applicant is proposing the sale and service of alcohol as an accessory to the restaurant. An on-sale liquor establishment is a conditional use in the General Commercial District. The Final Planned Development meets the requirements necessary to secure a Conditional Use Permit. No Exceptions are being requested as a part of this Final Planned Development.
