Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Final Planned Development Overlay to allow construction of a 5,046 square foot convenience store with gas sales with a total of 14 individual pump stations, to be known as Maveriks, to be located on approximately 1.69 acres of property located southwest of the intersection of East North Street and La Crosse Street. The applicant has also submitted an associated request to rezone property (File #16RZ008) and a Vacation of Right-of-Way (File #16VR002) for a portion of the alleyway bisecting the proposed development. The applicant is requesting one Exception to allow the proposed parking for the convenience store to back into the right-of-way/access easement. No other Exceptions are being proposed as a part of this Final Planned Development.
