This feasibility study, prepared by TSP, Inc., evaluates the air-supported structure proposed in the 2021 Vision Fund application and compares this system to other potential structures by considering cost (upfront and ongoing), maintenance, longevity, efficiency, etc. For each structure type that was researched, TSP provides more accurate construction cost estimates, elaborates on maintenance needs, compiles information from several vendors on their system's efficiency and warranty, and discusses scenarios in which additional costs could be incurred. At this time, the study is presented for informational purposes.
The consultant fee for this study was $52,000 paid out of the $1,015,000 Vision Fund award.
