Agenda Item Summary:
This Second Amendment would make the following changes to the current IAFF union contract: 1) clarify a provision dealing with pay after a demotion; and 2) differentiate between holiday pay for administrative Operational level Fire Department employees and non-administrative Operational level Fire Department employees; and 3) fix a clerical error in the jury duty pay section; and 4) update the pay matrices to accommodate for the AEMT position.
