Agenda Item Summary:
Authorize Mayor and City Finance Officer to sign amended Exhibit A of existing contract with Innovative NonProfit, Inc. to reflect updated contract deliverables. There are no changes to the underlying contract.
On February 6, 2023, Council approved a 3 year contract in the amount of $156,000 to aid the City in establishing CVIPI grant compliance procedures and support for development and stabilization of City intervention programs with community partner, Journey On. The funding for this contract is supported by the $2 million Community Violence Intervention and Prevention Initiative Grant awarded through the Office of Justice Programs in October 2022.
