Agenda Item Summary:
This represents a public/private collaborative effort to address the housing needs of our community by applying for funding from SD Housing’s Housing Infrastructure Financing Program. City staff have vetted the project and are in support of this resolution to create additional affordable housing for the community. Once complete, the Makoche Meadows Development Project (Haines Ave.) will create 15-20 single-family homes, 35-45 townhomes, and approximately 80 apartments.
