Agenda Item Summary:
This is the semi-annual update of various fees and charges, effective July 1, 2023.
Explanations from the departments on their fee increases:
Community Development fees: corrections for a few licenses to match what is currently being done.
Parking fees: updates for on-street parking and covered and uncovered lot permits all increased by 4.9% for the CPI-U Midwest region.
Police fees: the fees are being kept in line with the State and Sioux Falls partner agencies.
