Agenda Item Summary:
We are seeking permission to sign a final contract with Gallagher consulting to perform a wage study for our AFSCME employees. In the current contract, that was approved by the City Council in late 2022, the City agreed to conduct a wage study in 2023 and use the results as the basis for wage negotiations starting with 2024 wages.
