Agenda Item Summary:
In the final negotiated contract with the AFSCME bargaining unit, the City agreed to perform a wage study in 2023. The results of that wage study will be the basis of wage negotiations that will take place in fall of 2023. We are seeking permission to perform a Request for Proposal from consultants to complete that study.
