Agenda Item Summary:
Fire Station 1 is scheduled to start being remodeled in early 2023 and as such space will be a premium. This building will allow maintenance to be relocated out of Station 1 providing much needed space to assist with the remodel and help minimize interruptions in daily operation for the Maintenance Division. Leasing this building will also provide much needed space for additional apparatus/cold storage which was lost early in 2022 with the termination of the prior leased property by the owners.
