Agenda Item Summary:
In Resolution 2018-008, the City surplused real property commonly known as 1925 Promise Road and legally described as Lot 3, Owen Hibbard Subdivision, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota (Tax ID 54433), because the property was no longer necessary for Fire Department purposes. The Fire Department now wishes to enter into an agreement with a real estate firm, Re/Max Advantage, to aid the City in the sale of the property.
