Agenda Item Summary:
Based on the population-estimate, Rapid City is eligible for seventy-seven (77) video lottery licenses. As of July 1, 2022, there are seventy-five (75) Retail (on-off sale) Malt Beverage Licenses that are eligible for video lottery. Currently four (4) of the seventy-five (75) Malt Beverage with Video Lottery licenses are being held inactive. Two (2) video lottery licenses remain available.
