Agenda Item Summary:
At the request of employees, senior City leadership and City Council members, the HR team sent out a request for proposal (RFP) for a wage study for our non-union employees. With the uncertainty of the hiring market, having competitive wages and benefits are key to attracting and retaining talented individuals to serve our citizens.
