Agenda Item Summary:
The Youth City Council resolution currently requires the full City Council to approve all expenditures from the Youth City Council budget. At this time, there is a $1,350.00 line item available budget for supplies and materials. The Youth City Council will be holding two retreats, with activities as described in the attached “Request for Expenditure”. The requested funds will pay for pizza and beverages, as the retreat will cover the time period of one meal at each event. This request covers the February and June Youth City Council retreats.
