Agenda Item Summary:
I.T. is adding Midco SIP service to City Hall to provide for VOIP service.
This does not change any of the service agreements in place with Midco but as the total amount of the Midco contracts with the city is above the threshold, this expenditure must be brought before Council. This will be funded out of the I.T. Department’s operating budget for the first 3 months and then will be replace the existing VOIP charges for departments.
This will be a $1046.43 monthly charge and a $150 installation fee.
