Agenda Item Summary:
The attachment is required to be presented to the council at the second meeting in July of each year, however, it was completed early so I am presenting it early. I would like to point out that we should be paying off four of the TIDs during 2022 and, therefore, will also be able to dissolve them shortly thereafter.
