Agenda Item Summary:
The City approved a special assessment for a nuisance abatement on 5/17/2021 for this property. A Treasurer’s Deed was issued for the property to James Bialota Jr on April 27, 2021, which makes the assessment uncollectible, and therefore, we are asking the Council to abate the special assessment.
