Agenda Item Summary:
The agreement with FMG Engineering is to provide professional services for the design and construction administration for the South Truck Route DBDP – Element 16 Culvert Crossing project. The project includes design of a culvert crossing at East Watts Lane, water and sanitary sewer mains, storm sewer, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement and preparation of a Conditional Letter of Map Revision submittal to FEMA for approval of the project prior to construction and a Letter of Map Revision upon completion of construction, per an Agreement Between City of Rapid City and Lazy P6 Land Co., Inc. to Resolve All Disputes Regarding the Construction of a Regional Detention Pond on Lazy P6 Property. Construction is anticipated for fall/spring 2022/2023.
