Agenda Item Title:
A request from Alderman Drew to have staff bring forward to the City Council for its approval an amendment to Section 6.08.020 of the Rapid City Municipal Code reducing the minimum distance for the keeping of chickens or other fowl from an occupied structure from 150 feet to 50 feet and reduce the minimum lot size from 3 acres to .25 acres.
