Agenda Item Summary:
This is just our semi-annual update of various fees and charges, effective 1/1/2022.
• Adding a fee for Accessory Dwelling Unit, which is new
• Updating Planning Information to show correct RCMC reference, beings 16.24.010 was repealed
• Adding the medical cannabis establishment licenses per RCMC 3.75
• Fire & EMS is updating fees to current rates and/or standards and adding specialty response fees
• Parks & Rec is updating their fees to cover expenses as well as adding program revenues to this fee resolution
• Public Works is updating their inspection fees for subdivision improvement to cover expenses as well as putting the water rates back into the resolution instead of an ordinance. Minimal other increases have also been made to cover expenses
