Agenda Item Summary:
The City of Rapid City’s Exchange environment must be upgraded to ensure continued supportability and security. In order to perform this upgrade, the City of Rapid City will be moving to a new Active Directory Forest and installing new versions of Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange Server. BinaryTree software and services will be required to ensure this transition is performed in a timely manner with limited downtime. This project is part of the Information Technology CIP plan.
