Agenda Item Summary:
On April 27, 2020, the Council approved a resolution which modified the restrictions and rules placed on businesses in Ordinance 6413. These modifications allowed restaurants, bars, and other businesses to begin serving customers on-site if they engaged in certain practices that are meant to slow the spread of COVID-19. These modifications are in effect until June 19th. This resolution would extend the current rules and regulations until July 10th.
