Agenda Item Summary:
This agreement authorizes the expenditure of funds from the Vision Account to help fund the renovation of its building at 3603 Range Road. This project was reviewed and recommended for funding by the citizens on the Vision Committee and approved for funding by the City Council on January 31, 2019. Since the project is being paid for in part by public funds, Black Hills Works has agreed to follow state laws on public bidding.
