The Rapid City Police Department is requesting City Council’s authorization to apply for and accept the 2020 South Dakota Department of Public Safety Victims of Crime (VOCA) Grant. The grant requires no direct match from the City. The grant funding would be utilized to sustain our Quality of Life Unit and coordinated victim’s services.
