Agenda Item Summary:
The Parks and Library departments have partnered with BHE in the renewable energy program for electric utility purposes. The original agreement was approved in November 2019. The amended agreement is coming forward as a result of the Corriedale Wind Project Expansion request approval by the Wyoming Public Service Commission. The amended agreement does not alter the amount of the subscription, just the overall percentage to account for the increased project size.
