Agenda Item Summary:
This agreement authorizes the expenditure of funds from the Vision Account to help fund the construction of two new therapeutic foster homes in Rapid City. This project was reviewed and recommended for funding by the citizens on the Vision Committee and approved for funding by the City Council on January 31, 2019. Since the project is being paid for in part by public funds, the Abbott House has agreed to follow state laws on public bidding.
