Agenda Item Summary:
On May 18, 2015 the City Council approved the City’s first consolidated fee schedule. This resolution included all existing fees that had either been approved by previous resolutions or are codified within the Rapid City Municipal Code. Once approved, the single fee resolution may be updated annually or quarterly as part of the budgeting process. Staff is requesting this fee resolution be updated so that fees can be adjusted, effective January 1, 2020
