Agenda Item Summary:
Human Resources Director Nick Stroot requests your approval to engage RSM US LLP (RSM) to conduct a formal compensation study to evaluate AFSCME Union and Non-Union City positions. The Human Resources department will oversee the study in partnership with RSM. The expected timeframe for the study will be approximately 12 weeks. The cost of the compensation study shall not exceed $55,000.
