Agenda Item Summary:
This Addendum only addresses 2019 wage increases for AFSCME employees. Pursuant to the existing Agreement, the parties met to negotiate wages for 2019. The parties have agreed to a one-step increase on January 1, 2019 and a COLA on July 1, 2019, based on the sales tax increase for 2018, with a minimum of 1.0% and a maximum of 3.0%.
