Agenda Item Summary:
The attached rates and charges were approved by the Airport Board at its November 13, 2018, meeting. The Ground Lease Rents and T-Hangar Lease Rates are established by contract with provision for annual rent adjustments based on 2017’s CPI adjustment in the amount of 2.1%. Terminal Rents and Landing Fees are adjusted through the air carrier lease agreement based on the 2019 budget. The QTA Car Wash Rate is adjusted based on the operational cost of the facility and the 2019 budget. Increases were made to the badging fees structure and room rental rates to recover costs.
