Staff is seeking City Council approval for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign two copies of the FY 2018 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Freeland Ranch Community, Inc.
CDBG funds ($75,000) will be for preconstruction engineering, surveying, installation of infrasturctrure and construction of affordable and sustainable rental housing.
