Agenda Item Summary:
Staff is seeking City Council approval for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign the City of Rapid City and Black Hills Council of Local Governments (BHCOLG) Performance Contract.
The Community Development Department wishes to contract with BHCOLG to perform some of the CDBG Program administrative activities to include: Environmental Reviews, Davis Bacon briefings, and HUD required project oversight for construction and rehabilitation projects funded with CDBG funds.
