Agenda Item Summary:
Staff is seeking City Council approval for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign two copies of the FY 2018 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract and two copies of the Indenture of Restrictive Covenants for Feeding South Dakota.
CDBG funds ($25,000) will to increase safety and security for clients and staff by enclosing the Maintenance Room to keep hazardous clean supplies away from food and equipment and to install sidewalk railings leading to the Food Pantry.
