Agenda Item Summary:
Staff is seeking City Council approval for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign two copies of the FY 2018 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract and the Indenture of Restrictive Covenants for Community Health Center of the Black Hills.
CDBG funds will be used to provide increase safety and security of CHCBH patients and staff by adding three outdoor security cameras and an overhead paging system in the clinic.
