Agenda Item Summary:
Staff is seeking City Council approval for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign two copies of the FY 2018 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract and the Indenture of Restrictive Covenants for Black Hills Works.
CDBG funds will be used to provide infrastructure including foundation/basement, sewer, water & utility hookups, sidewalks/driveways, curb/gutter, landscaping, survey/building permits and floor coverings for clients with brain injuries.
