This parcel of property is being donated to the City by the Economic Development Foundation. The Fire Department intends to use the property for its training facility. The RCFD’s burn tower had to be relocated from the campus of Western Dakota Tech when property was declared surplus and sold by the State. The burn tower will be relocated to this property, and additional training facilities are planned for the future.
