Agenda Item Summary:
The Internet Crimes Against Children Unit (ICAC) is a joint effort led by the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation. For the past several years, the Rapid City Police Department and Pennington County Sheriff's Office have collaborated with DCI to have a task force operating in the Rapid City Area. Both agencies have two Detectives assigned, and DCI manages the unit, and collaborates with similar units in Pierre and Sioux Falls. This is an update and continuation to previous agreements.
