Agenda Item Summary:
Based on the population estimate, Rapid City is eligible for ninety (90) video lottery licenses. As of July 1, 2018, there are sixty-nine (69) Retail (on-off sale) Malt Beverage Licenses that are eligible for video lottery. Currently two (2) of the sixty-nine (69) Malt Beverage with Video Lottery licenses is being held inactive. Twenty-one (21) video lottery licenses remain available.
