Agenda Item Summary:
The attached rates and charges were approved by the Airport Board at its 6/12/2018 meeting. Changes are needed to the airline terminal facilities base rate, terminal depreciation and conditioned ground storage. These changes bring the rates into balance with the 2018 budget and are consistent with recently negotiated lease agreements with the air carriers. The landing fee has also been adjusted to match the true cost of providing ARFF services and maintaining the runway. The other change is an addition to the advertising rates and charges at the Airport by adding a $50 upload fee for digital advertising. No other changes were made to the Airport’s rates and charges.
