Agenda Item Summary:
This resolution will declare as surplus two lots of property located near the intersection of Promise Road and the S Highway 16 Service Road. Two other lots in the area have already been declared surplus (by Resolution 2014-097). This Resolution also appoints freeholders to appraise all 4 lots. Staff anticipates that after the appraisals are completed, the lots will be listed for sale with a real estate agent.
