Staff is seeking City Council approval for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign two copies of
the FY 2017 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Youth and Family
Services
CDBG funds will be used to convert a small room into a bathroom; to move HVAC coolers to the
roof; and for the purchase and installation of a double-deck convection oven in the kitchen.
