Staff is seeking City Council approval for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign two copies of the FY 2016 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Rapid City Supportive Housing, Inc.
CDBG funds will be used to purchase and install new energy efficient windows for their residents of Galaxy Apartments.
